Description

You will implement and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions for clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize FSL applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, and APIs.
• Configure the FSL data model including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, and Territories.
• Design business processes through workshops, user documentation, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
• Configure Service Rules and Objectives to support field service business processes.
• Lead technical walkthroughs, demos, and code inspections within an Agile methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Certified Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant.
• Hands-on experience installing FSL managed packages and guided setup configuration.
• Proficiency with LWC and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud foundations.
• Experience with declarative and programmatic solution building.
• Ability to translate accounting processes and data requirements into Salesforce functionality.
• Practical experience with Agile software development.
