Description

You will design and deliver scalable Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales and Service Clouds, leveraging Apex, LWC, and Data Cloud for customer data unification.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce-native solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, ensuring scalability and governance.
• Drive critical asset development and define best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for the team.
• Design robust integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within Salesforce environments.
• Support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD, and release management using tools like Copado or Gearset.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with complex enterprise CRM implementations and integrations.
• Familiarity with Java and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect).
• Experience with MuleSoft, Einstein AI, or Industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
