Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customise Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions, including Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and Manufacturing Programs.

Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, SOQL queries, and Flows.

Configure and support Sales Agreements, Product Schedules, Account Forecasts, Forecast Periods, and Run Rate models.

Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, order management, CRM, and other external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect.

Work with declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, validation rules, and Data Loader.

Support data migration, data modelling, security model, and reporting/dashboard requirements.

Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Key Skills

6+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Hands-on Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud experience.

Strong knowledge of Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, and Run Rate business model.

Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

REST/SOAP API integration experience.

Experience with ERP/CRM integrations and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.

Knowledge of Salesforce security, data model, and sharing settings
