Description

Design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions on AWS CRM supporting 80K+ users and 1B+ records.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Apex architecture for high-scale data processing, including data aggregation, ETL optimization, and complex rollup logic.
• Design agentic integrations between AWS services and Salesforce platforms, including Agentforce and Headless 360.
• Build Lightning components with strict data isolation and implement row/field-level security measures.
• Optimize SOQL queries and reduce platform technical debt across the system.
• Refactor synchronous automations to asynchronous patterns using Change Data Capture (CDC) technology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of Force.com platform capabilities.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SOQL queries.
• Experience integrating AWS Services with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of ETL optimization techniques.
• Understanding of Change Data Capture (CDC) and web services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale user bases and data volumes.
• Knowledge of Agentforce and Headless 360 platforms.
• Expertise in data aggregation, complex rollup logic, and row/field-level security implementations.
