You will implement and integrate Contact Center solutions using Salesforce Omnichannel and AWS Connect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Contact Center solutions using Salesforce Omnichannel for Case Routing.
• Integrate Salesforce Omnichannel with AWS Connect for voice call routing.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality across Salesforce and AWS platforms.
• Optimize case routing processes to improve customer support efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth deployment of Contact Center solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relevant development roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect.
• Strong background in REST API development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of structured software development and deployment practices.
