Description

You will split your time equally between core development and DevOps activities for healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio integration procedures, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline, including setting up, enhancing, and automating release processes.
• Implement and manage release branching strategies and environment management.
• Collaborate with QE and product teams to refine requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Execute data migration tasks and maintain security standards regarding HIPAA data.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency with Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce Surveys, Consent Management, and Salesforce Scheduler.
• Strong integration skills using REST APIs and CDC.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of environment management and data migration.
• Certified Platform Developer I required.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Platform Developer II or greater.
