Description

Design and implement scalable Salesforce applications, extensions, and integrations to maximize CRM effectiveness for enterprise financial clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements using configuration and custom code.
• Lead deployment efforts to production and own post-production end-user support.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Estimate effort levels for proposed solutions and articulate associated risks and benefits.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SAQL, Omni Studio, and Visualforce.
• Technical knowledge of SOAP, REST, Metadata API, Tooling API, Platform Events, and CDC.
• Experience with Salesforce security, sharing, and governance models.
• Hands-on knowledge of Jira, Git, AutoRABIT, and DevOps processes.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns and complex business systems integration.
• Experience working on CRM projects for middle-market or enterprise-level financial companies.

Preferred Skills

• Einstein experience and API development skills.
• MuleSoft knowledge.
