Description

Build and maintain Salesforce solutions, managing the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions and translate system requirements into technical task specifications.
• Direct and supervise junior programmers and developers throughout the development process.
• Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing problem definitions, requirements, and proposed solutions.
• Provide feedback to analysts and programmers regarding performance considerations and usability issues.
• Manage Salesforce administration tasks including users, roles, profiles, leads, and sharing settings.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of genuine Salesforce development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Apex and Visualforce programming.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, including Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Components.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience working with Web Services and integration.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge, including in-line queries and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile Development and Scrum frameworks.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSIS.
