Description

You will design and build technical solutions for recruiting and student success operations, including Marketing Cloud journeys and external integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard operating procedures and documentation for support operations.
• Design data and journey flows within Marketing Cloud, identifying development blockers.
• Design and build operational and management dashboards for reporting.
• Lead initiatives focused on improving business processes and data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce system architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex for designing triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
• Experience designing dynamic Marketing Cloud journeys using AMPscript and SQL.
• Ability to build BI dashboards using Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, or Python.
• Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and VS Code for version control.
• Competency in business process definition and gathering requirements.
• Experience configuring complex FormAssembly forms and connectors.
