Description

You will lead technical implementations and customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coding, and code review activities to ensure technical quality.
• Perform technical analysis to define requirements, designs, and documentation.
• Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction, certification, and launch.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Communities and Lightning best practices.
• Prepare technical specifications, detailed design documents, and test cases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on technical programming experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce.com.
• 2+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Proven experience completing more than one full life-cycle Salesforce.com implementation.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com capabilities.
• Strong understanding of CRM/PRM functional areas.
• Experience with SDLC processes, iterative design, and prototyping (Agile).
• Proficiency in development methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to work with Development, Coding, Code Review, and SDLC tools.
