Description

Develop and maintain an Incident Management System within an enterprise Salesforce organization, focusing on Public Sector Solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver solutions using the Salesforce Public Sector Solutions data model.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Create integrations with legacy systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware.
• Design, document, and review functional and system specifications.
• Configure platform elements including objects, fields, page layouts, permission sets, and role hierarchies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions data model configuration.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Informatica ETL tools for data modeling and dimension models.
• Knowledge of OmniStudio, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.
• Experience working within an SDLC framework using agile methodologies.
• Ability to protect PHI, PII, and PCI data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft or Copado.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
