Description

You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions through custom development and system configuration. You own the release pipeline, resolve technical issues, and drive project milestones for multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Configure Validation Rules and Approval Processes to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate between application teams and business units to recommend system solutions.
• Drive project milestones and delivery dates for multiple complex projects.
• Resolve technical issues using lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems analysis or application development experience.
• Expertise in Apex Code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Proficiency with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication for presenting to target audiences.
• Proven experience in systems analysis and application development.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications.
• Experience with nCino Application.
• Familiarity with VS Code and GitLab.
