Description

You will design and implement complex Salesforce solutions through custom development and system configuration, owning the release pipeline and driving project milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Configure Validation Rules and Approval Processes to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate between application teams and business units to recommend system solutions.
• Resolve technical issues using lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of systems analysis or application development experience.
• Expertise in Apex Code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Proficiency with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication for presenting to target audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications.
• Experience with nCino Application.
• Familiarity with VS Code and GitLab.
