Description

You will design and implement customized Salesforce solutions on the Customer 360 platform, leading technical architecture and client delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex Salesforce solutions, producing technical design documentation and wireframes.
• Lead client discovery sessions to map business processes, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria.
• Manage end-of-sprint demos and conduct training sessions for power users to drive adoption.
• Mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants within the pod.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads to implement Agile delivery best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience delivering solutions in consulting or end-user environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative configuration tools, specifically Flow Builder.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce.com platform architecture and solution design.
• Proven ability to drive executive-level discussions regarding business requirements and integration planning.
• Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Field Service Consultant.
