Description

You will own the end-to-end development lifecycle for Sales Cloud solutions, with a deep focus on integrating with insurance and enterprise systems. Your work will bridge CRM data with broader organizational infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom Sales Cloud applications tailored to insurance business logic.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Implement CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards and reporting features.
• Manage full-cycle development, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and development.
• Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with enterprise or insurance systems.
• Experience implementing and configuring CRM Analytics (Einstein).
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security best practices.
• Ability to own complex modules independently from design to release.
