Description

You will lead the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce CPQ solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce CPQ implementations, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain technical product solutions and data tables for accurate configurations within the CPQ environment.
• Translate business use cases from senior leaders into technical approaches within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, define errors, and provide technical support for CPQ product solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and programmers to implement solutions and support QA/UAT processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience on full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ projects with strong implementation expertise.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex system issues.
• Ability to assess business processes and articulate how Salesforce and CPQ address functional gaps.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer experience.
• Experience in Revenue Cloud.
