Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions to support business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and release workflow rules, validation rules, formulas, process builders, and custom objects.
• Evaluate technical requirements to estimate effort and communicate implementation or security risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and third-party teams to develop, deploy, and maintain integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Lightning Aura Components.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Case Management and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Community Platform, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with non-Salesforce applications using standard integration frameworks.
• Experience analyzing problems based on case history to develop tactical plans.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with ERP-based solutions.
• Experience working with remote partners.
