Description

You will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions focusing on Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Customize the platform through configuration and coding using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce configurations and technical enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Required Skills

• 6–7 years of proven experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and the Lightning framework.
• Valid Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer II.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Track record of mentoring junior team members and leading projects.
