Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Implement workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Support release management, deployments, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and platform automation.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
