Description

You will manage the Salesforce program lifecycle from discovery through post-Go Live support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with stakeholders and ensure project team information accuracy.
• Manage user setups, deactivations, and ownership transfers for accounts, contracts, and opportunities.
• Configure applications and enhancements, resolving configuration defects as they arise.
• Manage data integrity across systems and guide on reports and dashboards.
• Define and monitor compliance for code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional expertise in the Salesforce program lifecycle.
• Strong experience within the Banking Domain.
• Expertise in reports and analysis of complex customer or commercial data.
• Expert skills in data extraction, transformation, and visual analytics.
• Experience in account, portfolio, and client management.
• Programmatic and declarative skills for customizing applications.
• Experience defining and monitoring compliance processes.
