Description

You will build and maintain technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for complex problems within industry compliance regulations.
• Lead external technical resources working on the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the suite.
• Participate in requirement gathering to provide feedback on technical feasibility and best practices.
• Create technical documentation including requirements and data flow diagrams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative and technical configuration experience with Salesforce.com.
• Deep technical expertise in custom objects, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
• Hands-on development experience with Salesforce.com.
• Knowledge of CLM presentations, sampling, and Insights.
• Ability to understand integration capabilities across products and base Salesforce functionality.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales Operations and Data Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce.com certifications.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
