Description

Build customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and the Lightning Design System. Provide technical leadership for integration, development, deployment, and testing. Manage change management processes for code updates. Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes and scalability. Execute unit and system testing with iterative code refinement.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design System.
• Set best practices for integration, application development, deployment, and testing.
• Manage the change management process for implementing new code and updates.
• Identify ways to use Salesforce to improve organizational processes and scalability.
• Execute unit and system testing alongside iterative refinement of code.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise writing Apex classes and triggers.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, APIs, and SFDX.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, and Java/C++/OOP.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub or other version control software.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external applications.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and solution deployment.
• Technical project management experience.
• Effective communication skills for presenting data to business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification.
