Description

Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and technical workstreams for complex CRM or ERP projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams including integration, data conversion, and extension development.
• Manage the Salesforce Development Lifecycle using SFDX.
• Execute code builds and deployments via Visual Studio Team Services and LifeCycle Services.
• Oversee data migration and cloud integration workstreams.
• Administer Salesforce environments and maintain deployment best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading Enterprise Salesforce implementation and administration.
• Two or more full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations.
• Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and SFDX.
• Experience with SUMO Scheduler and Mobile App Scanner functionality.
• Strong understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services).
• Competency in SQL, PowerBI, C#, and the .NET framework.
• Salesforce Certified Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified System Architect, Application Architect, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Azure licensing, and costing.
