Description

You will design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein). This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses to provide actionable insights through automation.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into scalable CRM Analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and fill functional gaps in existing systems.
• Determine business requirements and system gaps to drive solutioning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce, including CG Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Einstein, Lightning, Apex, and SOQL.
• Experience with AI Integration.
• Experience in solutioning CRM analytics implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate.
