Description

You will design, code, and implement customized Salesforce applications and integrated solutions, including integration with MS Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop compliant components using established solution designs and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Write, test, and document application components while troubleshooting and fixing bugs to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical stakeholders to determine CRM needs, timelines, and development goals.
• Maintain application security and integrity.
• Provide technical training and documentation for Salesforce staff.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on expertise with OmniStudio, including Vlocity, OmniScript, and FlexCards.
• Experience working with MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in managing Salesforce Profiles and Roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Experience working within Scrum environments and participating in all ceremonies.
• Ability to prepare flowcharts, block diagrams, and symbolic formulations.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
