Description

You will build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, owning the technical implementation from code to release within an agile scrum team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Salesforce capabilities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, triggers, and complex formulas.
• Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity and conduct code reviews.
• Contribute to the DevOps process and manage releases.
• Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with the QA lead.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical business partners and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of related experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and Triggers.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, approvals, and APIs.
• Experience working within an agile scrum team context.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Copado platform.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a collaborative environment.
