Description

You will lead Salesforce development efforts, building components, mentoring staff, and enhancing DevOps processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and unit test Salesforce components independently while resolving code defects.
• Lead the development team through guidance, mentorship, and direction for new capability research.
• Execute proof of concepts with architects to evaluate designs, integrations, and patterns.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, and code reviews.
• Enhance DevOps processes for pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years developing enterprise applications with Salesforce full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and security.
• Strong data modeling experience across various Salesforce clouds and products.
• 2-3 years of experience within a scrum team environment.
• Expertise in branching and code merging using GIT or equivalent repositories.
• Understanding of enterprise cross-system integration, event processing, and API interaction.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, managed packages, or CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
