Description

You will serve as the technical lead for Salesforce application development projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Analyze project requirements, build workflows, and design system architecture.
• Maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Salesforce environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and platform errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and present solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years working with Salesforce CRM platforms (Classic, Lightning, Public Sector Solutions).
• 5+ years experience with Force.com Developer Toolkit.
• 4+ years experience developing with the Lightning Component Framework.
• 5+ years experience developing with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• 4+ years software engineering skills with Java.
• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• 5+ years excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years excellent organizational & time-management skills.
