Description

Build and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications within the Center of Excellence team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, unit test, and resolve defects for Salesforce components independently.
• Lead development efforts, guide team members, and document new Salesforce capabilities.
• Execute Proof of Concepts with architects to evaluate designs, integrations, and patterns.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and enhance DevOps pipelines and test automation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience developing enterprise-level applications, including Salesforce.com full-stack development.
• 2-3 years of experience working within a scrum team environment.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWCs, Flows, Triggers, and complex formulas.
• Knowledge of SFDC Data Model across various clouds and strong data modeling experience.
• Expertise in branching and code merging practices using GIT or equivalent.
• Understanding of enterprise cross-system integration, including API interaction and event processing.
• Experience with core Salesforce capabilities such as workflows and security.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
