Description

You will own the design, build, and deployment of email campaigns and digital communications within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine email communications for internal and external digital campaigns.
• Create, deploy, and maintain landing pages for new programs, advertised assets, and product lines.
• Map data fields and structures between legacy platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure authentication protocols including SPF and DKIM to ensure deliverability.
• Set up triggers, decision splits, and actions within Marketing Cloud Automation Studio.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development or marketing technology.
• 6+ years of experience handling end-to-end email campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Studio, including triggers and decision splits.
• Proven ability to perform data field mapping between disparate platforms.
• Technical knowledge of SPF and DKIM configuration.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (SFMC).
