Description

You will program and maintain enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from design to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable features using Apex, LWC, flows, triggers, and APIs.
• Manage DevOps processes and release management using Copado.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to ensure code quality.
• Execute testing and coordinate with QA leads to maintain technical integrity.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and align technical delivery with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, flows, triggers, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Salesforce security models, approval processes, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Copado and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within agile environments and using Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
