What’s the Job?
• Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design and implement scalable solutions supporting contact center workflows and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with performance goals.
• Manage release cycles, deployments, and CI/CD processes using SFDX and Azure DevOps.
• Lead system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols such as OAuth.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to development guidelines and best practices.
What’s Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on expertise.
• 4+ years working with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• Experience with API integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and data migration projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator
