Description

Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce CRM solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions supporting contact center workflows and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications aligned with performance goals.
• Manage release cycles, deployments, and CI/CD processes using SFDX and Azure DevOps.
• Lead system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication protocols.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to development best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years working with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• Experience with API integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and data migration projects.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
