Description

You build and maintain CRM solutions on the Salesforce Platform to support client acquisition and retention goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to design technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical architecture, standards, and release processes.
• Write clear design documentation and participate in code and architecture reviews.
• Support agile team tasks including business analysis and quality testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience with 2+ years in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to publish concise design documentation.
• Experience working within agile teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
