Description

Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications while owning architectural decisions, code quality, and security standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and advise stakeholders.
• Own architectural and technical decisions for reliable, secure applications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
• Implement improvements based on Salesforce release cycles and feature updates.
• Design integration solutions using Web Services and APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing with Apex.
• 5+ years of experience owning architectural and technical decisions.
• Proficiency in Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience designing Flows and configuring Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Strong experience integrating with Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with analysts and project managers.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience maintaining awareness of Salesforce release cycles.
