Description

You will develop and maintain Salesforce solutions for sales and investor relations functions within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts to implement holistic solutions using Salesforce tools and in-house applications.
• Execute migration efforts and new Salesforce implementations.
• Enhance the Private Wealth Solutions platform using custom screens, buttons, flows, and calculations.
• Build integration strategies to connect upstream and downstream applications with the Salesforce platform.
• Monitor data replication to local SQL databases and collaborate with DBAs to troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience specifically within the financial industry or investment banking.
• Proficiency with Salesforce SFDX.
• Expertise in APIs, including REST and SOAP (Web API, WCF).
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with SQL.
• Ability to manage complex data and functionality requirements across multiple projects.
• Experience using Azure DevOps Boards for issue tracking and bug reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes, data refreshes, and user administration.
• Establish processes to manage customizations, including page layouts, workflows, and calculated fields.
