You will lead technical delivery and solution design within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Gather specifications and deliver technical solutions based on domain requirements.
• Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Train and develop team members to maintain technical proficiency and mitigate delivery risks.
• Implement industry best practices and recommend initiatives for client value creation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage the supply of trained manpower.
• Strong understanding of gathering client specifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
