Description

You will build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions to support sales and service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom objects, workflows, validations, and integrations using Apex and LWC.
• Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities to optimize lead management, opportunity tracking, and case management.
• Develop unit tests to ensure code quality and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
• Document technical solutions and maintain clean, readable code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce governance principles.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
