You will function as a technical leader driving excellence within the Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project objectives and create customer workflows to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Establish and maintain development guidelines while leading code reviews.
• Mentor team members through knowledge transfer, paired programming, and technical workshops.
• Guide architectural decisions and build collaborative relationships across teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM platforms in a large organization setting.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce point and click configuration (flows, validation rules, security, reports).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
• Proven experience building complex, scalable software systems delivered to customers.
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) or equivalent experience.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience.
