Description

You will lead technical implementations, customizations, and enterprise-scale integrations on the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own technical implementation details, including data migrations, system integrations, and AppExchange product integration.
• Manage development workstreams using Apex, Visualforce, and Java to build custom business solutions.
• Define and manage CI/CD and release management processes for new and existing code.
• Set technical best practices for application development, testing, and iterative refinement.
• Participate in the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years leading enterprise implementations for 300+ users.
• Hands-on experience implementing all Salesforce Shield features.
• Proficiency with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Java, AJAX, and SFDC.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications like Oracle or SAP.
• Proven experience executing complex ETL and data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer.
• Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
