Architect, implement, and maintain scalable and performant solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design solutions, implementing and maintaining them on the Salesforce platform, including integrations with other data sources.
• Design and implement Salesforce DevOps processes, configuring and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish and maintain architecture artifacts, technology roadmaps, solution blueprints, and data models.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, evaluating design options and resolving architectural challenges.
• Align enterprise-wide architecture strategies with Salesforce platform capabilities, bridging business and technology stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in solution and technical design/implementation using Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud within the healthcare payer ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing & visibility, Apex programming, and LWC/Aura.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, operational procedures, and platform limitations.
• Hands-on experience with real-time and batch integration patterns using Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Snowflake.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, and Bitbucket.
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns, application frameworks, and n-tier architecture.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/Salesforce Shield and FedRAMP/Salesforce Government Cloud.
