Description

You will serve as the system owner for a Salesforce CRM environment supporting over 100 users across three organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce CRM environment and manage system connectivity between accounting, marketing automation, and license management systems.
• Document current sales workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and custom views within the Salesforce platform.
• Create and manage standard measurement and tracking tools for sales teams and executives.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas of concern.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience acting as a data administrator for a Salesforce CRM instance.
• 5+ years of experience identifying process improvements, providing data analysis, and managing cross-department projects or vendors.
• Proficiency with Salesforce platform configuration including custom objects, formula fields, and workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, FileMaker, and Tableau.
• Experience with database creation and management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Salesforce.com Admin Certification or equivalent hands-on administrative experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications.
• Experience in a software sales environment or working with international subsidiaries and distribution partners.
