Description

You will develop, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce.com and Force.com platforms, balancing configuration with custom development to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements to determine the optimal balance between platform configuration and custom development.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and configurable system architectures.
• Identify opportunities to implement Salesforce automation using workflow rules, process builder, and flows.
• Perform unit testing and implementation for all Salesforce-related software components.
• Coach technical teams and other developers on best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of SOQL and SOSL query languages.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security models.
• Experience with Lightning, Salesforce Communities, and Community portal administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex business logic.
