Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Salesforce solutions to meet business workflow and analytics requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts by designing, estimating, and delivering high-quality software products.
• Act as a technical lead on large-scale initiatives and mentor team members on technical standards.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, prioritizing built-in features over custom development.
• Conduct regular code and peer reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Participate in two-week sprint cycles, including backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex and Salesforce APIs.
• 10+ years of web application development experience including JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Expertise in configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience designing, testing, documenting, and deploying technical solutions on the SFDC platform.
• Ability to deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical designs and solutions.
