Description

You will build and maintain scalable components on the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Implement configurations such as objects, fields, validation rules, and process builders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including workflows and flows.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model and data migration tools like Data Loader.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Knowledge of Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and donor management workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Platform Developer II certification.
• Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certification.
