Develop and maintain complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Configure administrative settings including Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, and Page Layouts.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Refactor existing code to align with coding best practices and governor limits.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM development.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Salesforce Mobile Publisher.
• Proficiency with Apex Classes, Triggers, Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Components and Design System.
• Strong knowledge of database design using SOQL, SOSL, and SQL.
• Experience implementing standard, composite, and custom APIs.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with technical and non-technical clients.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
