Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Support and enhance custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability of solutions.
• Design and develop Salesforce Apex components, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce Pages.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality solutions using Salesforce development best practices.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, configuration techniques, CRUD operations, and SOQL in solution development.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and support application integration initiatives.
• Create, maintain, and update required technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Exercise independent judgment in planning and accomplishing objectives while contributing creative solutions to complex business and technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead development efforts from requirements through implementation.

Technical Skills

Salesforce Development

• Advanced Salesforce development expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience implementing and applying software design patterns.
• Development experience with:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Pages
  • Visualforce Pages
  • Salesforce Configuration
  • CRUD Operations
  • SOQL

Application Development

• Strong .NET development experience.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• End-to-end web application development experience.
• SQL development and database experience.

Front-End Technologies

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks preferred
