Salesforce Developer

Design, develop, and integrate applications on Service and Experience Clouds to support agency-specific services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing applications.
• Convert business requirements into sustainable solutions using the Salesforce platform and marketplace tools.
• Lead application development by providing guidance and best practices to the team.
• Perform defect corrections through detailed analysis, design, and code updates.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate technical design options into clear business impacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of real-world development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows.
• Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency with Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Batch/Scheduled Apex.
• Experience with APIs, including SOAP and REST integration.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Custom Managed Apex Sharing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader and data migration tools.
• Technical proficiency in XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience managing application performance and understanding governance limits.
• Practical experience with Git and Jira in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
