Description

You will build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions for Department of Social Services projects, focusing on medium to complex technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and native technologies.
• Design technical plans and strategies to optimize business processes and improve agency-wide efficiency.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and business requirements.
• Maintain existing Salesforce applications and customize solutions from the AppExchange.
• Produce technical and business documentation for all assigned projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Active Salesforce certifications are required.
• Strong background in Salesforce Solution Architecture.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency in Apex classes and triggers.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Visualforce page development.
• Experience working within enterprise-level applications and Agile methodologies.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or H1-B holder.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft and ETL/integration tools.
• Knowledge of DB2 or SQL Server.
• Experience in Salesforce Community development or constituent e-signing solutions.
