Develop and maintain solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop functionality using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and SOQL queries.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using Visual Force Pages and Lightning Web Components.
• Configure system features including Workflow & Approvals, Custom Objects, Formulas, and Validation Rules.
• Manage data migration and integration using Apex Data Loader and AppExchange tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• 5 years of experience with Apex and Core Java development.
• 5 years of experience with JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SOQL, Visual Force Pages, and Custom Objects.
• Experience with Roles & Profiles setup.
• Familiarity with Force.com IDE and Apex Data Loader.
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
• Experience with Agile methodology; SAFe methodology is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub or RTC.
• Experience with automation tools or IVR technologies (AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot).
